Jenny Cruz is a Project Manager for CBRE managing all facets of project management for individual real estate construction projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and close-out. She began her career at a General Contractor based out of Greenbelt, Maryland after graduating in 2009. Her first role in 2009 was a receptionist and she worked her way up into operations as a project manager of new-build, large-scale hospitality projects before leaving in 2021. Jenny joined CBRE in January 2022. She graduated from University of Maryland in 2009 with a B.A. in Economics and went on to earn her MBA from University of Maryland in 2016.
