Ms. Garay received her B.A. degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2010 and her J.D. degree from the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law in 2020. She is admitted to the District of Columbia Bar. She currently serves as Attorney-Advisor with the Federal Labor Relations Authority, Washington Regional Office.
